ZERO BLOCK and ZERO BLOCK X are recommended to be taken 15ml every morning empty stomach,
without water, for the best results. If this doesn't suit your routine, tastebuds or causing any trouble for
you, then you can take it with water as well in the morning itself.

How long should I continue taking this?

This depends on your purpose. If you're taking ZERO BLOCK or ZERO BLOCK X as a therapy, then you
should first check your lipids, take these daily for 3-4 months and check lipids again. If you're taking it as
a preventive measure, you can take it regularly for 4-5 months in a year as consumption of ZERO BLOCK
offers multiple internal benefits. Although, there are absolutely no side effects in taking this daily for
lifelong.
